How we use the information you send

We use what you send to prepare for and schedule the review, and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not ask for confidential operating data before it is necessary, and we do not share your details outside RithmXO.

An inquiry is recorded in RithmXO's customer account system under a reference you receive on the confirmation page. It holds the fields you entered: your name, work email, company, the challenge you described, and, if you gave them, a phone number and the systems you use. We do not record your network address.

We use the record to prepare for and schedule the Operations Review, to reply to you, and, if you become a customer, to start your account. A second inquiry from the same email within a day is treated as the same inquiry.

To correct or remove your inquiry, reply to any message from us or write to us from the address you used, quoting the reference.
